More Fun in Eating Pesto

There is a surge of ready to use Pesto powder in the market, and though it resembles the actual taste of a Pesto, there is still a great deal of satisfaction in eating a Pesto made purely from crushed basil leaves, garlic, peanuts in olive oil.

We did last time and of course it was a success. Z made a pure concentrate by putting a lot of basil leaves and letting the leaves crushed into perfection. The result – a pesto puree :)
